Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: July 21, 2023 Welcome to J Rays Mobile Detailing! By booking a service with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please take a moment to review them carefully. 1. Appointments & Cancellations All services require a scheduled appointment. We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 15% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged 50% of the booked service price. 2. Vehicle Condition & Additional Charges If your vehicle has excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or biohazards, additional charges may apply. We reserve the right to adjust pricing or refuse service based on the condition of the vehicle. Please remove all personal belongings prior to your appointment. J Rays Mobile Detailing is not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle. 3. Weather Policy For mobile services, appointments may be rescheduled due to inclement weather. We will notify you as early as possible and coordinate a new service time. 4. Liability Disclaimer While we take every precaution to ensure the highest level of care, J Rays Mobile Detailing is not responsible for: Pre-existing damage or mechanical issues Defects in paint, trim, or previous repairs Environmental damage outside our control Lost or damaged personal items 5. Satisfaction Guarantee Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue with a re-clean or partial refund, as appropriate. 6. Payment Terms Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments (Cash App, Venmo, etc.). All pricing is subject to change based on service scope and vehicle condition. 7. Privacy Policy We respect your privacy. Your information is used solely for communication and service-related purposes. We do not sell or share your personal data. 8.
